10 SKILLS I’D LIKE TO HAVE

10 skills I would like to have; in descending order of preference, followed by the approximate percentage chance of me actually picking up the skill at some point in the future.

(The percentage is based upon a complicated proprietary equation which factors in difficulty, desire, accessability, perceived utility, and various semi-intangible snippets of self-knowledge.)

1. Reliably being able to clearly and accurately translate real-world items into line drawings and/or paintings. (39%)

2. Playing the cello. (8%)

3. Conversational Japanese. (5%)

4. Playing the bass guitar. (16%)

5. Conversational Spanish. (12%)

6. Playing guitar. (10%)

7. A martial art. (3%)

8. Reading tarot cards. (64%)

9. Legitimate Tuvan-style throat singing. (50%)

10. Driving a car. (82%)

Honorable Mention: Effective and simple technique for ironing clothes. (65%)

Driving a car, reading Tarot, and martial arts are all within your grasp. Trust me! If I can do them, you can, too.

On the other hand, foreign languages, singing and musical instruments are the stuff of superheros. Good luck 8)
