Sometimes you go your whole life thinking you grew up in a pleasant, if unremarkable, suburb. You feel a sense of loyalty, you would defend your hometown’s honor if, in some strange scenario, it was attacked. But in your heart you know that there’s nothing particularly special about the place.
And then you find out that Albany, California is the home of the world’s first SuperCuts location.

Not only that, but I believe the Jacuzzi was also invented in Albany. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jacuzzi claims it was Berkeley, but I have heard otherwise, and definitely Jacuzzi St. in Albany is named after these guys. Go team!!!
